David brings nearly 40 years of experience in commercial construction. A graduate of Wesley College, he spent much of his career at D.W. Masonry, Inc., leading more than a decade of growth before being named CEO in 2019. Known for strengths in team building, strategic direction, project management, and quality control, he has built more than structures by fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence that continues to define his leadership.
Jen brings over 20 years of experience spanning planning, estimating, scheduling, logistics, and construction management. A graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University she oversees daily operations across the Delmarva region. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative leadership, Jen ensures every project runs seamlessly from start to finish. She’s also a dedicated supporter of ACE Mentors, helping inspire the next generation of construction professionals.
With more than three decades of hands-on masonry and construction management experience, Bill has overseen the workforce for many of our most complex and labor-intensive projects. His years in the field have given him a deep understanding of every trade, from process to terminology, making him an invaluable asset to the team. He also manages fleet maintenance and distribution of equipment in the field, ensuring efficiency and readiness on every job site.
A CPA with a master’s in accounting, Lauren brings two decades of experience working with top-tier companies throughout Maryland. She oversees the team’s day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and financial accountability. Outside the office, Lauren dedicates her time to coaching varsity volleyball at Colonel Richardson High School, where she brings the same commitment to leadership and teamwork.
As Senior Project Manager, Brian oversees the coordination and daily operations of our projects across Maryland and Delaware. With more than twenty-five years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial sectors, he brings a well-rounded perspective to our team. Brian is the proud father of four and an active member of the Freemasons, serving with Temple Lodge in Milford, Delaware.
With over 30 years of experience in marketing, design, management, human resources, and online operations, Jason has been part of D.W. Masonry, Inc. since 2011. His expertise strengthens communication between the team and clients while supporting the company’s continued growth. Outside of work, he serves on the Board of Chesapeake Center, Inc., empowering individuals with disabilities through housing, employment, and community programs.
